peeling away more layers
Going Deeper

Peeling away more layers of who you think you are and what you have done thus far. A lot of us think we have come far and accomplished much in our lives but the truth is most of it is external accomplishments, designed with help from your ego to keep you  looking Outward and not within where the real search for truth is. We fill our lives with these external things trying to fill the void inside that knows there is more to life than this. If you take away the external accomplishments, where are you inside? What have you learned? This was tough for me, looking back at my life and realizing that all the things I had done up to that point had gotten me no closer to finding who I was and why I was here. I had accomplished nothing. I was still in the same place I started. Nowhere. At first I was pissed, shouting some choice words at the universe, when I calmed down a bit I asked how this could be true? It took a while; I am stubborn and hard headed. But I did have an open mind and was willing to accept that things may not be the way I think they are. That is all it takes, accepting that things may not be the way you think they are. This process can be intense; you must look at your entire life and find the repetitive patterns that you keep repeating. Looking deeper to see what you were really looking for. You will find it had nothing to do with where you were looking. If you truly look at the events in your life and the things you have done you will see that you keep doing the same thing over and over again. Your perception just changes so you think you’re moving forward, except that you remain in the same moment and never leave. Now I said this can be intense, and I know you will get angry at first at what I am telling you, but if you have an open mind to things not being the way you think they are you will see what I’m saying. We are all looking for something, but we don’t know what it truly is so we look outward for it, Trying to define ourselves by what we do or have done, My life was spent in management and security, when I came to Sedona I worked for a rental car company, they also started a limo company I thought I was doing good, made a name for myself. But all these accomplishments were all external, I still wasn’t doing what my true self wanted, mainly because it gave me money to live. And I got to mingle with VIP’s and celebrities, it was fun. But it was all external, I was still empty inside. The universe kept holding up signs but I was too caught up in the money and the excitement, I truly was going in circles. Well the universe got my attention, I met a woman we got together, long story short she bailed and took everything and left me with nothing, at first I was so pissed, she even took my car. But it has been a little over a year since that happened and I am grateful for the wakeup call. Nothing like having the rug pulled out from under you to make you see. The final straw that made me just walk away was when my job (security at an exclusive resort) showed their true colors, and didn’t care what happened to me (short version). We are taught from childhood what we need to do to be successful in life, good education good career buy a nice house get married and have a family and save for the future etc.

Now you find out that what you are really searching for you will never find there. And all the things you were taught are no longer valid, you are so much more than you think you are.

Thus begins the quest within, the real search for who you are, and within is the only place you will find it. We are in the age of conscious evolution, which means that we are more aware of things then we used to be. Instead of evolving subconsciously as we have done for millennia, we are now evolving consciously, more aware of the changes in our perceptions. And more aware of things that were unknown before.

This is why a lot of people have awakened recently and started asking questions. We are more aware now that there is more going on than meets the eye. You just have to look in the right place. I remember clearly when I was told that I have done nothing with my life but go in circles. I was sitting on the back deck at my parents’ house I got angry and said, look how far I have come! And I was told that I have gone nowhere, I was still in the same moment as when I started, trying to find something that wasn’t out there. I asked to be shown how this could be true, and I saw my life like a movie and saw that I was doing the same thing over and over again ( like I was in groundhog day Lol) doomed to keep repeating that moment until I got it right.

It was a lot to take in, but you can’t argue with what you see for yourself. It was the illusion of time and separation that made my life seem real. Now I won’t go to deep here that is another lesson. Lol Anyway, when you really look at your life and look at all the things you have accomplished you will see that it is all the same, you just change characters and story lines so it looks different. It doesn’t matter if you came from nowhere and are now the head of a company. It is all the same. You are going nowhere inside. You are stuck in the ego’s hamster wheel going in circles. Now don’t get me wrong, everything you have experienced in your life has a purpose. Getting you where you need to be. The key is using these events to look inward to see if you’re on the right path. And keeping your focus on where you’re headed. Like I said earlier you can do whatever you want to do outwardly, just keep you’re focus on your growth internally, and don’t lose sight of where your headed. Using myself as an example, when I was shown my life I was asked what was I really doing? Now I said I was stubborn and hardheaded, so it took a bit for me to see and understand what I was really looking for. I was looking for who I was and why I was here, and I was trying to define myself by what job I had and the possessions I had and what I knew, But in the end neither the job nor what I knew nor my possessions were getting me any closer to finding who I was and why I was here. Not until I started asking questions to God and the universe. I truly had enough and wanted answers.  But I never thought I was going in circles until I saw it for myself. I felt like I just wasted my life looking for what I can never find out there.

Now I don’t want you to believe anything I say, I want you to find it for yourself, otherwise you will not believe any of it. So keep an open mind to things not being the way you think they are, and look at all you do and identify what it is that you were really looking for in that situation. It can help if you look from a third person perspective. Detach yourself and look at it like it is happening to someone else. Remember everything happens for a reason, it is up to you to find it. And remember Always be aware of where you are what you are thinking and what you are  feeling, not only will it help you stay present in the now, it will help you recognize repetitive patterns in what you do. Things are always clearer when you are present in the now.

It is now time to start fresh; you should have a pretty good understanding of how you got where you are and what your life has been up till now. Welcome to the land of illusion, Now that you are aware that you’re life exists in one moment and all you have done has been in that moment, it is the belief in being separate and in time that create the illusion of physical life and everything you see. Nothing you see do you truly see, you are seeing from a perspective from someone else’s beliefs from the beginning, if you ask yourself how do I know what anything is? You will find that you only know because someone told you what it is and you accepted it without question. Just as they did and so did the millions before them. In truth you don’t know what anything truly is. So we begin a new journey to learn the truth about what is.

We are just in this moment where the illusion that we are separate creates the illusion of time, so we can learn and experience the physical world and evolve through life cycles, eventually reaching enlightenment. We all go through these life cycles learning the lessons we want to learn and experiencing the things we want to experience. If you knew what you were when you came, this place would seem pointless. Even though you are a piece of the whole you are not separate from it. This is why you need the illusion of separation and time, so you can pretend you are a separate Individual. Everything we do is to reinforce the illusion that we are separate, from how you look to the way you say hello to people you meet. It’s funny, you see someone you know a little bit away from you, and you say hello and say their name, you know them why say their name, it’s to reinforce the illusion that you are you and I am me. The way you look is the projection of yourself that you want the world to see, they see you different than you see yourself. Even though there is no separation between us we create the illusion by treating everyone as someone else, not a part of ourselves. By making ourselves either better or worse than others, Creating subtle differences in ourselves so we can be seen as different and separate from everyone else. The instant the illusion of separation happened the illusion of time began. Thus we were born into this world. And the ego was formed. And we accepted the world of illusion, it is all or none, when you accept one illusion you accept them all. Which is why you can’t walk through walls even though they are just energy vibrating at a frequency to support your belief in them, even though they aren’t really there. Everything you see isn’t really there; you see it because it is universally accepted or as they say, it is part of universal consciousness; you could even use the theory of the hundredth monkey (if you know it).Your awareness will expand and you will start seeing your connection to everything and everyone. And you will start having moments where you feel the pure love that you are a part of. It is a truly wonderful experience, I remember one time I laid down to take a short nap and had an experience that put me in that state, I woke and was vibrating inside and felt I needed to go and be around people, it was amazing I would see people doing things and I would start talking to them about it and they became raised up with me and were happy and went their way, people would just look up when I walked by and smile because they could feel the energy I was putting out, it didn’t matter if they were facing my direction or had their back to me, when I got close they would stop and turn to look and then a big smile. It was like they felt something familiar to them and it made them calm and happy and they just smiled. The best way I can describe it, is like I was there but I was not aware of my whole body, my awareness was in the area of my head even though I didn’t feel it, it was almost like I didn’t have a body. I have experienced this many times and it is always amazing. Again it is something you have to experience for yourself. We use this world to learn and  move forward and experience things that you can only do in physical form, it is where lifecycles started, you incarnate you learn lessons and move up then die and incarnate again and start over until you finish, you have done that more times than you can count. You continue until you are done and don’t need to come back again. Unless like me you chose to come back. It is a lonely path here, you pretend to be different people to fit in and adapt to each situation, knowing none of it matters and none of it is real. You are fully aware that you are not who you are pretending to be (sounds like a therapy session with a multiple personality disorder Lol) you have to have a good sense of humor. (Personal feeling)This path is open to all, but because you are already on the path you came here for this one will feel wrong for you. I have tried to show how to start on this path to a number of students, none of them getting too farcie understood why they never went through these teachings, they were already following the path they came for and the lessons they needed to learn. So trying to walk this path even though it is always there for anyone at any time it is not the path They chose when they came, they reach a point were nothing feels right because they already Agreed to a path and everything on this one felt wrong and scary to them so they let it go. I understand, it is not an easy task to undertake when you’re committed to another. But I keep teaching it. One day you’ll be ready. And I’ll be here waiting. There are two path’s you can take while here, the path to illusion or the path to truth. Even though all paths lead to the same place it depends on how you choose to get there.

Your natural gifts and talents

Everybody has a natural gift or talent. Finding out what these are is easy if you look. These are things we came here with, things that go with our path and purpose. There are things in your life that you do that come natural to you, weather it is teaching, healing, writing, etc. There are things that you are born to do, you have a gift to share. Sometimes we can go for years and not know what they are, it depends on how you were raised and taught. You just need to open your heart and mind. You will find yourself there. Through the course of my life and work on myself and a lot of reflection and letting go, and talking with God and my guides, I found why I am here, and what I can do to help others. I am  here to teach, guide, heal, and I am the bringer of change. Look at your life and look to see what you’re truly passionate about, what makes your heart sing, what are you naturally good at. The signs are there, you just need to open your heart and mind to them.

Hi , Everyone, sorry I haven't posted lately a lot has happened in the last two years, became homeless lived on the street for a year and a half. Last year was spent in and out of the hospital, almost died twice then they found cancer on one of my kidneys and June they cut me in half and got the kidney and all the cancer, talk about a year of letting go. I now live in a conversion van and teach and guide from the local businesses here in Sedona Arizona, if you ever want to meet me or study under me you can always find me at Safeway in Sedona. Anyway I hope you all have been letting go of all the things that no longer serve you, the shifting energy won't let you hold onto it much longer.

Love

I have met and helped and counseled a lot of people over these last two years living on the street mostly teens and young adults, I never turned anyone away or denied them when they came to me. But I have had a lot of people say to me that they wanted to helpme and never heard from them again. If you really have no intention of helping those that come to you seeking help, then don't offer it, It hurts more because you get their hopes up that this could be a turning point in their lives only to be left twisting in the wind wondering why. I have had people help me and I am truly thankful and greatful for all of them, especialy one of them James Pryke, he has helped me more than anyone and I am eternally grateful for him coming into my life.

Next step

Once you’re finished with both lists there are things to look for, there are four control dramas I mentioned each of my parent’s dramas. People use these to force your attention on them thus draining your energy.
1.      Intimidator: these are the worst; they use threats and anger directed at you, always yelling at you. This forces you to look at them and focus your attention on them thus sending all your energy their way.
2. Interrogator: These use constant ridicule and always question you on everything you’re              doing or plan to do. Always in your face belittling you mocking your dreams.
3. Aloof: These hide and avoid, forcing you to focus your attention on them and try to find    out what’s wrong.
4. Poor me: These feel like nobody appreciates what they do they are just here for everyone  else, they don’t matter they are unimportant.
Now once you identify which one each of your parents were, you will find which one you became based on how they were to you and how you responded to them.

Once you discover your control drama acknowledge it by saying it out loud. I was aloof so I said it out loud, I am aloof! This is an instant shift you will feel, when I did it all of a sudden I just began talking, words just flowing out, I was amazed I was always quiet, never talking to anyone unless they were talking to me and I was short with my answers, but there I was a chatterbox. This was one of the first shifts in my awareness, after discovering and announcing I was aloof to the universe I had a shift, besides starting to talk, I could now identify everybody else’s drama, it was cool looking at people interacting and knowing exactly what they are doing. I know you will experience something similar. It really was an instant shift that changed how I looked at everything.

Start Here

Ok let’s get started.
Write mother at the top then write the questions like this:
1. What kind of person was she?
2. How did she communicate to me?
3. How did she treat me?
4. How did she treat others?
5. What were her beliefs?
6. What were her goals in life?
7. What were her dreams?
8. What were her dreams for you?
After you complete the list start answering the questions, Don’t worry about getting it right the first time, Once you complete the questions go back and re read the answers again to make sure  you didn’t leave anything out,. A lot of the time that is when things forgotten pop up, If they do, Go back and add or modify your answer. Trust me things will pop up. I can’t stress how important a journal is to this, I know for me, when I started looking at my family, I thought I knew all of it, then while reading what I wrote, things I had forgotten long ago would pop up and change things. So start a journal or you will go in circles because you think you have it all. When you finish with your mother, start the list for your father.

Understanding you

The first step in finding out who you are, and why you’re here, starts with you truly understanding yourself, and how you got where you are now. I will guide you through this entire process so it won’t seem too overwhelming. To find your true self and your true purpose in this life you must understand how you got to where you are now and why you are the way you are. Where it all came from and where is it Going. This is the starting point, be ready to rip open your life and see what’s going on and why it is the way it is. Now if you look at your life like a novel and look at the chapter you’re in right now, you will not be Able to find your true self there, nor understand you. You must go back to the beginning of the book and re read t and understand all the characters and what roles they played in getting you where you are right now. You will see that there is no other place you could be but where you are right now. Let’s start with your parents, and how were they to you, How did they communicate to you, what were their outlooks on life, what did they believe, what were their dreams Etc. I strongly recommend starting a journal now, it will make life that much easier, and you can look back at what you have written so far if something forgotten is triggered, plus writing is a form of release. Start by making a list for each parent, One for your mother and one for your father, if you didn’t have your birth parents or you lost one or both, use the people that were around you the most that helped raise you.

More to come..
